Eaglehawk Dive Centre

The owners Mick Baron and Karen Gowlett-Holmes are experienced local divers with over 100 years combined diving experience. Staff, several of whom are marine biologists, have extensive local knowledge and include professional underwater photographers and videographers.

Maria Island Cruises

Operated by local marine scientists, our tours are the only to combine viewing fur seals, dolphins, wombats, kangaroos, Cape Barren geese, eagles, wallabies, albatross and whales (during migration) with World famous landscapes and UNESCO World Heritage history in one day. Pennicott Wilderness Journeys

Australian Tourism legend Robert Pennicott and his team of passionate local staff have been sharing Tasmania's scenery, wildlife and produce since 1999. They now provide Bruny Island Cruises, Bruny Island Traveller, Iron Pot Cruises, Tasman Island Cruises and Tasmanian Seafood Seduction in southern Tasmania.

Salamanca Market

Hobart's market at Salamanca Place is a celebration of Tasmania's culture, creative artisans, talented musicians and diverse producers with over 300 stalls. There are many cafes along Salamanca Place or in Salamanca Square to have breakfast.

MONA

The Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) is a must see destination in Hobart. It is the largest privately owned museum in Australia and houses antiquities, modern and contemporary art from the collection of the owner, Davis Walsh. Walsh has described the museum as a "subversive adult Disneyland".

Port Arthur Historic Site

The Port Arthur experience is unforgettable. Just a one-and-a-half hour drive from Hobart on the Tasman Peninsula, a visit to the World Heritage Listed Port Arthur Historic Site is one of Tasmania's iconic cultural heritage experiences. Port Arthur Historic Site is Australia's most intact and evocative convict site.

TMAG

The Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery (TMAG) is open between 10:00am and 5:00pm every day of the year except ANZAC Day, Good Friday and Christmas Day. General admission to TMAG is free to all members of the public. Special exhibits may occasionally require paid entry.

Kunanyi/Mt Wellington

Kunanyi/Mt wellington is a wilderness experience just a 20-minute drive from Hobart. The summit passes through temperate rainforest to sub-alpine flora and glacial rock formations, ending in panoramic views of Southern Tasmania. There are barbeques, picnic facilities and bushwalking trails for all fitness levels.

Aardvark Adventures

Aardvark Adventures is an adventure tourism, corporate/group event and team-building company based in Hobart, Tasmania. They have nearly 30 years experience in the adventure industry, and provide abseiling, caving, white water rafting and kayaking adventures.

Boutique Wine Tours
